Our Story

Event Essentials is the event division of A to Z RentAll, which began in 1954 ion the east side of Madison. The event portion of the business started with tables and chairs, party equipment and audiovisual equipment. Over time, it became apparent that event rental was a growing business of its own. To better focus on the needs of weddings, event planners, corporate events, community events, galas, graduations, and other celebrations Event Essentials became A to Z RentAll’s specialized event division with its own location in Windsor, Wisconsin, just north of Madison, Wisconsin.
